Configuration Control

• The Centre Principal is responsible for managing the configuration of this document. 

• Any request for change should be directed at the Centre Principal in the first instance and if necessary can be referred to the Joint Liaison Committee and GLVs. These can be sumbitted via https://forms.gle/MDDL1JH2142SHv8UA 

• The Centre Principal shall maintain an Electronic Version and associated files to allow future updates.

• The Document shall be agreed by a representative of each group, under the authority of the Group Lead Volunteer and an email acknowledging this sent. Where the Principal is a GLV, no email is required from that individual.

Sign-off Sheet

Historically it was required for all instructors and Duty Officers to sign a sheet indicating they have read and understood these operational procedures.
